Dip Pretreatment Plants are commonly used for long & heavy components to clean & conversion coatings of metals prior to powder / paint application. The main advantage of dip pretreatment plants as compared spray pretreatment is online rust removal system depending upon the material of construction, work piece we offer different type of dip pretreatment plants along with drying tank for various types of conversion coatings like Zinc, Iron & Alchrome.

Dip Pretreatment is a conventional pre-treatment wherein the chemicals are stored in the steel (MS/SS) fabricated tanks. The components are placed in the baskets or cages and they are dipped in each process tank for pre-fixed period of time. The movement of the product is with a monorail and hoist or automatic with a conveyor system
